Mr. and Mrs. F. Witt and Mrs. Aug. Schuelke and children spent Wednesday evening
with Aug. Marg and family.
Lilly and Helen Dux called on Leona Kessler Thursday afternoon.
Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Seelow called on Mr. and Mrs. Aug. Marg Sunday evening.
Mrs. Chas. Auman spent Thursday with her parents, Ferd. Hrach, Sr.
Emma Marg spent Thursday afternoon with Frieda Hrach.
Mike Nolthey came home from New Orleans, where he spent 18 months in the service
of Uncle Sam, having received an honorable discharge. He spent Thursday at the
home of T. Coughlin and family.
Mrs. Fred Gotchling spent Thursday and Friday at the home of her parents, Mr.
and Mrs. T. Coughlin.
Mrs. Aug. Marg called on Mrs. Coughlin Saturday.
Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Carl spent Wednesday with the Wm. Meihak and Richard Beyer
families.
Mr. and Mrs. Aug. Dux and family spent Tuesday evening at the Fred Witt home.
Emma and Fred Marg and Frieda Hrach called at Alfred Carl’s Thursday evening.
Dorothy Schuette spent Wednesday evening with Emma Marg.
Ferd. Hrach, Sr., and Aug. Marg were at Marshfield between trains Saturday.
Miss Esther Poppe gave her Christmas program at the Mound school last Saturday
evening. She gave one of the best programs ever held in this school.
Albert Marg called on John Schuette, Jr., Wednesday afternoon.
Ida Weiting spent Thursday afternoon with her sister, Mrs. Alfred Carl.
