Tioga (2 Jan 1919)

Mrs. W.A. Bedell and Mrs. John Swanson were callers at Fairchild Saturday and Sunday.

Private Emil Dux and Harold McCune are home from training camp.

W.E. Palms is very low with the flu at this writing.

George Bedell purchased a new team from Ed. Bloomquist.

Mrs. Ernest Flick and children are visiting relatives at Greenwood.

John Swanson and family spent Christmas at W.A. Bedell’s.

Wm. Linster and wife spent Christmas Eve with the home folks.

Etta McLoud gave a Christmas program Monday evening and departed for her home at Eau Claire for a two weeks’ vacation.

Bernice Cole returned Saturday to continue her school after a week’s vacation.

J. Quick is doing chores for W.E. Palms.

Mrs. Ed. Wightman spent Thursday at the W.E. Church home.

Jack Ripplinger and family autoed up from Neillsville Sunday.
