Southeast Weston (9 Jan 1919)

Several men, whose names we did not learn, dug out a fox on Lastofka’s hill last week.

Ernest Campbell and family and quite a few members of the Wm. Turville family have been quite sick with the flu.

We are glad to learn that Miss Grace Turville, who had a light attack of pneumonia, is recovering.

Mrs. Walter Steinhaus, who has been quite ill, is able to be up again.

Miss Ethel Dahnert is visiting her sister, Mrs. Arnold Wilke.

Wm. Bohnsack and family, who have had the flu, are well again.

New Year’s Day Leo Seitz and Miss Ella Helms of Rozelville, Wis., called on Mr. and Mrs. Walter E. Steinhaus at Oak Leaf Farm. Miss Helms is staying with Mrs. Ernest Miller on Pleasant Ridge Road, for a few weeks.
