Marsh, A.B. (Elected Bank President – 14 Jan 1919)
The annual meeting of the stockholders of the First National Band was held
Tuesday and the report showed an exceptionally healthy condition and a wonderful
growth. The old directors were re-elected with the addition of R.A. Clemens, who
was elected to fill the position of Chas. Cornelius, deceased. Resolutions were
adopted commending the work of Chas. Cornelius, deceased president of the bank
and offering condolence to the family. At the meeting of the directors A.B.
Marsh was elected president, Geo. Ure 1st Vice-President, John Kintzele 2nd
Vice-President, R.A. Clemens cashier, Carl Strange asst. cashier, and H.L. Brown
bookkeeper.
