Chauncey Stevens, wife and son of Veefkind, spent Sunday with Mrs. Stevens’
mother, Mrs. Augusta Turner.
Herb Free has purchased Forest Rowe’s Ford touring car, and will make it into a
truck.
Mrs. Minett and children of Heathville were here Sunday afternoon to attend
church.
Dr. J.W. Irish of Eau Claire delivered a very fine sermon in the M.E. Church
here last Sunday afternoon.
Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Rowe went to the home of Mr. and Mrs. Vet. Pease last
Wednesday and spent the day with them.
Mr. and Mrs. W.E. Benedict are rejoicing over the arrival of a new daughter
since last Saturday, Jan. 25.
Jerry Davis and wife of Marshfield are spending a few days at York Center and
getting acquainted with their new granddaughter.
Milford Rowe is on the sick list at this writing.
A.P. Fulwiler and family, Ed. Voight and wife and Miss Ruth VandeBerg spent
Sunday evening with Mr. and Mrs. Joe Frei.
