Eugene Hagie and wife, Amos Kegley and wife, Ed. Hagie and Myrtle Ottow spent
Sunday afternoon with Arnold Drescher and family.
Mrs. W.H. Linton returned home Sunday afternoon. Many are glad to hear she is
getting along so nicely.
Eugene Hagie and family, Geo. Strubing and family, and cousin, Clyde McPherson,
Adolph Hemp and wife, Elsie Glass and daughter, Mercedes, spent Friday evening
with Wm. Ottow and family.
Mrs. Wm. Bolmingburg and Mrs. Robt. Volz spent Saturday afternoon with Mrs.
Linton in Granton.
Mrs. Frank Matousek returned home Monday from the Eau Claire Hospital.
Herman Lenzkow and family spent Thursday evening with Wm. Ottow and family.
A small crowd gathered at Eugene Hagie’s home Wednesday evening. All reported a
good time.
Earl Conlin returned to New York Friday after a few days’ visit with his
relatives.
Mrs. McCarl and son, John, and Myrtle Ottow spent part of the day with Eugene
Hagie and family on Friday.
Earl Conlin gave a speech in the school house Friday morning. It was entitled,
“Across the Water and Back.”
Mr. and Mrs. Luke spent Sunday with George Strubing and family.
Myrtle Ottow is helping Mrs. Linton with her household duties.
