Lang, Jules D. “Dutes” (6 JUN 1939 - 25 OCT 2010)

Jules D. “Dutes” Lang, age 71, of N3102 County Road Q, Town of Medford resident, passed away on Monday, October 25 at the Memorial Health Center ER, Medford where he was taken earlier by ambulance.

Cremainal Interment will take place at a later date in Medford Evergreen II Cemetery, Medford.

Jules was born on June 6, 1939 in Medford, the son of Marvin E. and Grace E. (Patterson) Lang.

He was a 1957 Graduate of Medford High School. Jules married Grace Thuot of Athens and they later divorced.

After school Jules moved to Milwaukee and worked as a Production Manager in the Shipping and Receiving Department at P&H Cranes until his retirement. After his retirement, he then moved back to the Medford area. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a member of the Steel Workers Union.

Jules is survived by 1 daughter, Cindy (Robert) Phelps of Henderson, Nevada; two sons, Peter Lang and J.D. (Michele) Lang, both of West Allis; 5 grandchildren, Jennifer Berendt, Austen, Phillip, Jacob and Aaron Lang; one great grandchild, Alexis Huven; siblings Marvin Lang of Woodstock, IL and George Lang of Waukesha.

He is predeceased by his parents, Marvin E. and Grace E. (Patterson) Lang; and one sister, Peg Scheel.

Hemer Funeral Home of Medford is assisting the family with arrangements.
