John Staut, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Staut of Willard (Clark Co., Wis.), is a
member of the Marquette University Chorus, which is preparing to present a
concert on October 29, 1959. They will share the program with Ralph Votapek,
pianist, and also the famed Milwaukee Symphony, which is conducted by Arthur
Fiedler, Marquette. Chorus Director, Gunnar Granquist, states this is quite an
honor, since the chorus is the only Milwaukee musical organization which has
been asked to appear with the symphony this season.
The chorus will give a repeat performance at the Young Peoples Concert on
October 30.
John Staut graduated with the class of 1959 from Greenwood High School.
