Theo Humke celebrated his 79th birthday last Sunday, November 1st, 1959, at the home of his son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Francis Schweinler, at Mosinee.

Those present were Mr. and Mrs. Louis Slock, Eau Claire; Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Schweinler and family, Mosinee; Harold Humke and family, Nekoosa; Mr. and Mrs. Willard Stafford, Milwaukee; Mr. and Mrs. Everett Humke and daughter, Rochester, Minn.; Mrs. Francis Schweinler and Luann, Mosinee; Mr. and Mrs. Keith Brisceo, La Crosse; Miss Barbara Humke, Mosinee; Mr. and Mrs. Fred Timmler and Irving, and Mrs. Meda Decker of Greenwood (Clark Co., Wis.).

Two of Mr. Humke's sons-in-law were unable to be present: Rev. Paul Franzmeier, who is confined in a hospital in Minneapolis, and Col. Francis Schweinler, who is in a hospital in Wausau.
