San Jose State College will confer 499 degrees at Mid-year commencement
exercises to be held at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, January 29, 1960, in the San Jose
Civic Auditorium. The exercises have outgrown all campus auditoriums, except the
Spartan Stadium, which is used for the June commencement.
One of the graduates is Ronald Roy Syth, B.S. Industrial Engineering. Ronald, a
son of Mrs. Leona Syth, Greenwood, graduated from Greenwood High School with the
class of 1953, and he also attended Eau State College.
