Robert Ulesich of Milwaukee spent the weekend here with his parents, Mr. and
Mrs. Joseph Ulesich.
Mrs. Marie Farrell and Mrs. Anna Roberson of Milwaukee spent some time here and
in Greenwood with relatives.
Mr. and Mrs. Lee Meinholdt of Milwaukee visited at the home of Mr. and Mrs.
Edward Meinholdt.
Edward Pekol, Sr., of Chicago, Il., visited his family over the weekend.
Mr. and Mrs. Vitko Staut of La Crosse and Stanley Hren, who arrived here from
Yugoslavia last week, visited over the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Frank Volovsek,
Mrs. Anna Volovsek, Mr. and Mrs. William Volovsek, Mr. and Mrs. Alphonse
Volovsek, Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Volovsek and other relatives.
Miss Bev Volovsek of Oshkosh spent the weekend with her parents, Mr. and Mrs.
Frank Volovsek.
Mrs. James Anderson and children of Eau Claire are staying with her parents, Mr.
and Mrs. Henry Lamovec for a week.
South Mound won against Wobbly’s, 20-9 Thursday night at the Willard Athletic
field.
Joseph Godec of Neenah spent Thursday afternoon with Mr. and Mrs. Louis
Matkovich.
Tracy Matkovich of Owen spent the weekend at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Louis
Matkovich and Mr. and Mrs. Donald Kirn.
John Verschay and Joseph Verschay attended the funeral of a friend in Hibbing,
Mn, recently.
Mr. and Mrs. Robert Krainz and Duane attended graduation exercises of a niece,
Louise Nickel, at Nekoosa High School last Sunday.
Steven Koschak of Fort Polk, La., is home on a furlough with his parents, Mr.
and Mrs. Frank Koschak and family.
