Greenwood (5 June 1974)
The congregational picnic for the Zion United Church of Christ, which was
scheduled for Sunday, June 2, has been cancelled and instead it was decided to
have a “Father’s Day” Potluck dinner at the church on Sunday, June 16, at noon.
Twenty-eight people from Greenwood attended the Clark County Senior Citizen Fun
day at Owen, Sunday.
The Wednesday afternoon Bridge Club met at the home of Mrs. Palmer Vinger.
Mrs. James McConnell entertained member of the Bridgette Club at her home
Thursday evening.
