Mrs. Carl Johnson, Milwaukee, spent the weekend visiting her brother, Edwin Slen and other relatives in the area.

Sharon Cook and Mona Mondroski, students at the University, Madison, and Jeff Cook, Minneapolis, spent the weekend at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Cook, and Mat Manitowish Waters. Miss Mondroski’s parents leive at Mercer. Scot and Julie Radetzky of Marshfield also spent the weekend at the Calvin Cook home.

Mr. and Mrs. Frank Churlyk and daughters of Adams were weekend visitors at the home of Mrs. Floyd Binning.

Friday visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Francen were Mrs. Jerome Moore and children of Catawba.

Mr. and Mrs. Dick Fischer returned to their home in Milwaukee, Monday, after spending the weekend at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Fischer. Sunday dinner guests at the Fischer home were Mr. and Mrs. Vern White and family.

Miss Evelyn Wicker and two lady friends of Wisconsin Rapids were Saturday dinner guests at the home of Mrs. Gilbert Wiedenhoeft and Mrs. Albert Wiedenhoeft.

Mrs. Mildred Paula Schofield and Mrs. Darrell Staege and daughter of Rothschild visited with Mrs. Albert Wiedenhoeft and Mrs. Gilbert Wiedenhoeft on Sunday.

Visitors last Monday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Greve were Mr. and Mrs. Walter Kuester and Rev. and Mrs. Becker of Millersville, who were enroute to the Winnebago Children’s Home at Neillsville.

Roe Williamson of Reedsburg was a Thursday visitor at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Greve, enroute to Eau Claire.

Mrs. George Cook and Mrs. Clarence Ravy visited at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond cook, Marathon, on Sunday.

Mrs. George Cook and Mrs. Clarence Ravy attended the funeral of Mr. Fred Grosse at Plainfield, Monday afternoon.

Mr. and Mrs. DeLyle Singstock and daughters of Abbotsford were Tuesday night supper guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ted Baumgart in honor of Mr. Baumgart’s birthday. Mr. and Mrs. Ted Frome, Colby, were evening visitors.

Ervin Baumgart, Wis. Rapids, was a Sunday visitor at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ted Baumgart.
