Thanksgiving Day guests at the home of Mrs. Elva Binning were Mr. and Mrs.
Alword Selk and his sisters of Ridgeway, Pennsylvania; Mr. and Mrs. Frank
Churdyk and daughter, Michael Binning and Sheryl Winchell of Adams; and Clarence
Hebert of Marshfield. On Saturday they were guests at the wedding of Mrs. Elva
Binning to Clarence Hebert.
Sharon Cook, who attends the University at Madison, came home Tuesday to spend
the Thanksgiving holiday. Guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Cook,
Sunday, were Sharon and Jeffrey Cook, Minneapolis; Mr. and Mrs. Emil Radetzky,
Scott and Julie, Marshfield; and Mr. and Mrs. James LaSage of Spencer.
Charles Meyer, Rock Island, Illinois, came Wednesday night to visit at the home
of Mr. and Mrs. Ervin Hainzlsperger and with relatives at Marshfield until
Sunday. Rebecca Hainzlsperger, who had been visiting at the Meyer house,
returned home with him.
Mr. and Mrs. Archi Kempke, Gary and Dean, Milwaukee, visited at the home of Mrs.
Lucy Colby from Wednesday night to Saturday.
Mr. and Mrs. Paul Van Zand of Cedar Rapids, Iowa spent Thanksgiving and the
weekend at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Loughead.
Thanksgiving Day guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Erland Schweke were Mr. and
Mrs. Duane Meacham and family, Mr. and Mrs. Roscoe Meacham and Mrs. Eldor
Mellenthin, Spencer, and Mr. and Mrs. Jerold Meacham and family of Burlington.
Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Mabbott left on Tuesday to spend the Thanksgiving holiday
with Rev. and Mrs. Ernest Mattson at Waterloo, Iowa. They returned home
Saturday.
Mrs. Seymour Gustafson left Friday for Sheboygan where she visited her aunt,
Mrs. Mathilda Joshlinson. Mr. Gustafson went down for Thanksgiving Day and they
returned home that evening.
Thanksgiving Day guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Lynn Sr. were Mr. and
Mrs. Russell Lynn and family, and Mr. and Mrs. William Horner and family, all of
Milwaukee, and Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Lynn Jr. and family.
Mrs. Mildred Pauls of Schofield and Mrs. Darrell Staege and daughter of
Rothschild were Sunday visitors at the home of Mrs. Gilbert Wiedenhoeft and Mrs.
Albert Wiedenhoeft. They were all dinner guests at the home of Mrs. Herman
Hardrath, Owen.
Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Wiedenhoeft and family of Madison visited at the
Wiedenhoeft home and at the Tony Schmirler home at Abbotsford.
Thanksgiving Day guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Forrest Johnson were Mr. and
Mrs. Loren Johnson and son, St. Louis Park, Minnesota; Mr. and Mrs. Stewart
Salter and Ray, and Glenn Misener of Colby.
