Born to Mr. and Mrs. Jeffrey Hempel, Madison on Friday, December 11, 1970, at
St. Mary’s Hospital, Madison, a baby boy. The new baby weighed 7 pounds, 10
ounces. Mrs. Hempel is the former Ardis Ampe, daughter of Art Ampe of Greenwood
(Clark Co., Wis.). Mr. Hempel is a former Greenwood boy and is the son of Mr.
and Mrs. Paul Hempel of Minneapolis.
