Regan, Della Mary (3 MAR 1893 – 26 MAR 1961)
Della Mary LeGault was born in Longwood (Clark Co., Wis.), March 3, 1893, the
daughter of the late Valerie and Henry LeGault.
She graduated from the Greenwood High School in 1911 and then attended Normal
School. She taught school in Longwood, Willard and Loyal Public School.
She was united in marriage to Edward J. Regan of Chicago, and had made her home
there ever since.
Della had been in poor health the past two years and entered the Billings
Memorial Hospital again on March 25. She passed away at 4:00 p.m. on March 26,
1961.
Funeral services were held at St. Clotilde Church and interment was in the Holy
Sepulchre cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, Edward, two sons, John Edward and Patrick Henry,
and seven grandchildren, all of Chicago; one brother, Dr. G.A. LeGault, Owen;
three sisters, Mrs. Harry Palms, Sterling, Ill.; Mrs. Elmer Etta, Rock Falls,
Ill.; and Mrs. A.C. Buker, Greenwood. She was preceded in death by her parents
and one brother, Leo.
