Rebecca Peroshek, Greenwood (Clark Co., Wis.), is one of 27 seniors at Eau
Claire State College cited for recognition in "Who's Who in American Colleges
and Universities."
Her name will be included in the annual publication, which includes outstanding
students from 750 institutions of higher learning throughout the country.
Campus nominating committees considered scholarship, participation and
leadership in academic and extracurricular activities, citizenship and service
to the college, and her promise of future usefulness.
Miss Peroshek has been active in dramatics and debate, and is a member of
National Collegiate Players and Pi Kappa Delta honorary speech fraternity.
A legislative scholarship and Edwin's scholarship winner, she was a member of
Sigma Pi Kappa social sorority, Student National Education Association and
Newman Club.
She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Peroshek, Greenwood.
