Will Hannah was at Marshfield on Tuesday.
Erv Lowe was at Marshfield on business Tuesday.
John Trogner returned home from the army yesterday.
Mr. and Mrs. George Zimmer went to Eau Claire on Tuesday.
Joe Herrian went to Fargo, N.D., Tuesday to resume his work on the road.
Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Gaetke are spending a short time visiting at Minneapolis.
Mrs. Mat Marx, Mrs. Jos. Bishop and Mrs. Jos. Meyers were at Marshfield Tuesday.
Will Kurth went to Madison Tuesday to attend the state meeting of mutual
insurance companies.
Dr. and Mrs. J.H. Brooks left yesterday for St. Paul, where the doctor will
attend the Minnesota State Dental convention. They will return Saturday.
Dr. A. Dean, brother of Mrs. W.E. Palms, visited here last week. He has been
employed at Ft. Sam Houston, Texas, and at Austin, Texas, for the past five
months, by the government. He left here for Grand Rapids, Mich. to join his
family.
J.N. Ripplinger and Mrs. G.H. Palms of Tioga spent Sunday at the Ripplinger
home. Mrs. Palms is Mrs. Ripplinger’s mother.
The Ladies Aid will meet Wednesday, Feb. 12, in the Methodist church parlors.
Entertaining committee: Mesdames Bandelow, Worden, Wallace and Kleckner.
Otto Kutchera arrived home Monday from New York, discharged from the army. He
had been in the hospital for several weeks suffering from rheumatism and is
still unable to be about.
