East Pine Valley (13 Feb 1919)
One day last week Nick Wilger’s horses got out of the barn, and, as their pen is
frozen over, entertained themselves skating.
Nick Wilger and family, Hugh Selves and family, Ole Botnen and family ate dinner
with Carl Spiegel and family Sunday.
A. Spiegel called on Ole Botnen Saturday.
Mrs. E. Selves called on Mrs. Ole Botnen Sunday.
Charles Thompson called on Hugh Selves Saturday.
Roslyn Warlum called on Olga Botnen Sunday.
Albert Spiegel is wearing new goggles or glasses, whichever you choose to call
them. He thought he might see better, but instead he looks over them.
