Willard (20 Feb 1919)
Frank Matkovick returned on Wednesday from Minnesota, where he has been
employed.
Mr. Boylan, traveling auditor for the O. & N. Lumber Co., visited the Willard
yard Wednesday. While here he let the job of building a cement warehouse.
Louis Hoganson of Tioga was in Willard Wednesday and obtained the contract to
erect the new warehouse for the O. & N. Lbr. Co.
E.G. Ingham and son report that there are several hundred cords of No. 1 dry
maple cord wood for sale in the yard and will be glad to quote prices to anyone
wishing a cord.
John Zallar loaded a car of bolts Thursday.
Simon Arnold of Butlerville was a business caller in the village Thursday.
E.G. Ingham and Joe Lunka each took an auto load to Greenwood Friday evening to
see the Greenwood-Owen double header, and took in the dance after the game.
H.R. Graves and family and Mrs. M. Fenhouse and son, Willie, of Spencer spent
Sunday at R.D. Ingham’s.
