Bach, John J. (16 SEP 1945 - 28 MAY 2016)

John J. Bach, age 70, a current resident of Medford and former resident of Wausau, died on
Saturday, May 28, 2016.

Per his request, no services will be held. Cremainal Inurnment will take place at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Little Black with full Military Honors at a later date.

John was born on September 16, 1945, in Medford, to Alfred and Frances Marie (Rindt) Bach.

He attended Medford Area Schools and was a 1964 graduate from Medford Area High School

On April 20, 1979, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, John married Cheryl R. Czarnezki. She survives.

In September of 1965 John joined the U.S. Navy and served as a sheet metal worker until September of 1969. After his service, he worked at the family farm and Hurds in Medford for a period of time before going to work for Bach Electric in Medford. John then worked for Jarp Industries in Schofield and then Ram Rod Industries in Marshfield before finally working at McClean Anderson in Schofield as an electrician until his retirement in 2010.

John is survived by his wife, Cheryl R. Bach, of Medford; children Joshua Bach of Rothschild and Mike (Significant Other: Abby Bayer) Bach of Mosinee; siblings Gordie (Sandy) Bach, Linda (Larry) Cypher and Joe (Betty) Bach all of Medford, Mary Ann (Roy) Smock of Racine and Dee Bohn of Athens; his mother in law Lila Czarnezki of Medford.

He was predeceased by his parents, Alfred and Frances Marie (Rindt) Bach.
