Jo Anne Marie Arch, Route 2, Box 171, and Mary Ann Snedic, Box 226, Greenwood
(Clark Co., Wis.), will be graduated with Bachelor of Arts degrees from Mount
Mary College, Milwaukee, at commencement ceremonies to be held Sunday, June 2,
1963.
Miss Arch majored in applied piano. She was an accompanist for the Carolyn
Singers, and held offices, including president, of the Musicana Club.
An Art Major, Miss Snedic is affiliated with Delta Phi Delta, the National Honor
Art fraternity, and Phi Alpha Theta, the National Honor History fraternity. She
was vice-president of the art group in her senior year. Miss Snedic was also on
the art staff of the college newspaper.
Both young women graduated from Greenwood High School.
A four year liberal arts college for women, Mount Mary next fall will begin its
Golden Jubilee year. It is the first Catholic college for women to be chartered
by the state of Wisconsin.
