Mr. and Mrs. Orville Luchterhand attended the college graduation of their daughter, Mrs. Patsy (Luchterhand) Krause at Wisconsin State University, Eau Claire, Saturday morning, January 23, 1971. Patsy received her Bachelor of Science degree which qualities her to teach kindergarten through 6th grade. She also received the Gold Medallion Award.

Mr. and Mrs. Larry Benedict and daughter Melody Ann of Stevens Point spent the weekend with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Nyle Benedict.

Mr. and Mrs. Otto Schmidtke and children of Stratford visited with his mother, Mrs. Flossie Schmidtke on Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. Glen Lavey visited Sunday at the John Apfel home in the town of Hewitt.

Mr. and Mrs. Rollie Benedict entertained the anniversary group at a 7:30 supper Saturday, January 16. Present were Mr. and Mrs. Louie Gunia, Mr. and Mrs. Nyle Benedict, and Mr. and Mrs. Ray Hetzel, Cards were played. The honored couple were presented with a lovely gift.

Guests Saturday of Mr. and Mrs. Glen Lavey were their son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Buchanan and family of Kaukauna.

Mr. and Mrs. Nyle Benedict and Mrs. Freda Frischman accompanied Mrs. Helen Lawrence to Cameron Sunday, where they visited at the Merton Davis home.

Mr. and Mrs. Louie Gunia spent last Sunday with their daughter, Sharon, at Madison.

Mr. and Mrs. Rollie Benedict were Saturday supper guests of Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Benedict at Loyal.

Mrs. Flossie Schmidtke spent Thursday at the Rollie Benedict home, and Robert Smith of Loyal was a visitor there Sunday.

Guests of Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Anderegg Sunday were Mr. and Mrs. Delmar Sternitzky and family, Mrs. Edna Sternitzky of Spencer, and Mrs. Susie Anderegg.
