Funeral services for Mrs. Theodore (Lillie) Lenz, 84 of Abbotsford, who died May
7, 1968, were held Saturday afternoon at the First Presbyterian Church,
Abbotsford. The Rev. Charles Glidden officiated at the 2 o'clock services,
during which Mrs. Glidden and Mrs. Marvin Rinninger of route 1, Edgar, sang
"What a Friend We have in Jesus." Mrs. Eugene Strathman was the accompanist and
organist. The pallbearers for the interment made in the Abbotsford Cemetery were
Walter Gasch, Maurice Hutt, Morris Mantor, Howard Merwin, Roland Voelker and
Alvin Schmidt.
Relatives from away who came for the funeral were from Lansing, Waukon and New
Alvin, Iowa, Eagle Bend and Alexandria, Minn., La Crosse, Schofield, Superior,
Eau Claire, Madison and Auburndale.
