Kolitsch, Anthony G. (18 SEP 1891 – 15 MAY 1968)
Anthony G. Kolitsch, 77, North Fond du Lac, died Wednesday, May 15, 1968, at St.
Agnes Hospital there. Funeral services were held at Candlish Chapel at North
Fond du Lac on Saturday, with the Rev. Leo J Sermur of the Church of the
Presentation officiating.
Burial was made in Colby Memorial Cemetery with Rev. John Pinion of St. Mary's
Catholic Church of Colby officiating at the committal.
Mr. Kolitsch was born September 18, 1891 at Oshkosh. His marriage to Florence
Hecker took place there before moving to North Fond du Lac in 1937. He had been
a carpenter for the Soo Line Railroad.
Survivors include a step-daughter, Mrs. Henry Averill, Fremont; a nephews, Otto
Eder of Wautoma, and a niece, Mrs. Wallace Sossaman of Colby.
Following the committal service Saturday, a lunch was served at the Ralph
Sossaman home at Abbotsford. Those present were Mr. and Mrs. Otto Eder of
Wautoma, Mrs. Dealo Hecker of Fond du Lac, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Schroeder, North
Fond du Lac, Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Sossaman and Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Ingersoll of
Colby, Mr. and Mrs. Claude Sossaman of Unity, and Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Sossaman
and Mr. and Mrs. Darrell Sossaman of Abbotsford.
