Primc, Anna (15 APR 1904 – 4 SEP 1963)
Mrs. Anna Primc, 59, of Greenwood (Clark Co., Wis.), died early September 4,
1963 at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield, where she had been a patient since
August 23. She had been in poor health for five eyars. The body was taken to the
Hill Funeral Home in Greenwood, and on Friday to Minneapolis for cremations at
Sunset Memorial Park.
Mrs. Primc, nee Anna Klemenc, was born April 15, 1904, in Ljubljana, Yugoslavia.
In 1921, at the age of 17, she came to the United States and settled in
Cleveland, Ohio.
She was married there on May 26, 1923, to Alvin Primc. After their marriage they
continued to live in Cleveland until 1944, when they came to Greenwood and
located on a farm 1 1/2 miles northwest of the city. They lived there until five
years ago, when they sold the farm to their only son, Leo, and built a house
near the farm. Mrs. Primc was a member of the Slovenian National Benefit
Society.
Surviving are her son, Leo; four grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Joe (Augusta)
Franceskin of Greenwood, and Miss Stephie Klemenc of Yugoslavia.
