Biggs AFB, Texas – Phillip R. Vollrath of Greenwood (Clark Co.), Wisconsin, has
been promoted to Airman Second Class in the United States Air Force.
Airman Vollrath, son of Mr. and Mrs. Phillip A. Vollrath of R.R. 2, Greenwood,
is assigned to the 431st Air Refueling Squadron here as an aircraft mechanic.
The airman is a graduate of Greenwood High School.
