Baronsky, Nellie (9 APR 1897 – 15 JUN 1968)

Mrs. Frank (Nellie) Baronsky, 71, of route 1, Abbotsford, died at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield, Saturday, June 15, 1968, at 7:40 p.m.

The body lay in state at the Polnaszek Funeral Home, Abbotsford, where a rosary service was held at 8 p.m. Monday. A mass of requiem was sung at 10 a.m. Tuesday by the Rev. Charles Schumacher at St. Thomas Catholic Church, Milan, and interment was made in the Milan Cemetery.

The pallbearers were George Rueden, Eldred Empey, Irve Klieforth, Jerome Laski, Kenneth Schaefer, and Vernon Westphal.

The Rev. Emil Hodnik of St. Bernard's Parish officiated at the rosary service Monday evening.

The former Nellie Empey was born in the town of Holton (Marathon Co., Wis.) April 9, 1897. She was educated in the town of Holton. Her marriage to Frank Baronsky took place at Fond du Lac November 24, 1920. For the past 48 years they made their home at Abbotsford, Route 1.

She is survived by her husband and four children: Mrs. Donald (Grace) Bruesewitz, Spencer; Mrs. Harry (Janet) Dumler of Owen; Allen Baronsky of Kenosha, and Mrs. Robert (Delores) Noland of Medford. There are 16 grandchildren.

She is also survived by one brother, George Empey of Abbotsford, and one sister, Mrs. Exxie Schaus of Rib Lake.

Preceding her in death were one son and four brothers and two sisters.
