Beyerl, Anna (8 MAY 1887 – 21 JUN 1968)

Funeral services for Anna Beyerl, 80, of Colby, were held Monday, June 24 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Colby.

The Rev. John Olson conducted the services. Burial was made n St. Mary's Cemetery.

Mrs. Beyerl died Friday afternoon, June 21, 1968, at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield. The body lay in state at the Lulloff Funeral Home until the time of services.

The former Anna Schefsick was born May 8, 1887, at Dorchester, and received her education in the Dorchester school system. Her marriage to Peter Beyerl took place May 25, 1913, at Colby. They farmed in rural Colby until about 10 years ago, when Mrs. Beyerl moved to town. Her husband died in 1958.

She was a member of the Christian Mothers Society at St. Mary's Church.

Surviving her are a son, Peter J. Beyerl Jr., Colby; a foster son, Ferdinand Gauthier of Waukegan, Ill.; 13 grandchildren and a brother, Joe Schefsick, Chippewa Falls.

She was preceded in death by four brothers.
