Flora, Bethel Belle (2 SEP 1929 - 8 JUN 2016)

Bethel Belle Flora, 86, of Abbotsford, former resident of Camden, Ind., passed away on Wednesday, June 8, 2016, at her residence.

Services were held at 11 a.m. on Monday, June 13, 2016, at Deer Creek Meeting House in Camden, Ind., with Home Brethren officiating.

Burial took place in Musselman Cemetery, in Camden. Visitation was at 9 a.m. until time of services.

Bethel was born on September 2, 1929, in Modesto, CA to the late Bessie Belle (Hodge) and Car C. Flora. In her early years, she lived in the Modesto, CA area. When Bethel was eight, they moved to Carrell Co., Indiana and she attended the former Rockfield School. She moved to the Abbotsford area in 2006.

She spent most of her life as a home care provider for the young and elderly. She was a member of White Pines Old German Baptist Church.

Bethel is survived by a brother, Loren L. (Geneva) Flora of Wilmington, Del.; two nieces, one nephew and great nieces and nephew.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two sisters, Helen and Doris May Flora.
