The infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Don Deming of Abbotsford was baptized, Marc
Joseph, Sunday morning, June 16, 1968, at St. Bernard's Catholic Church,
Abbotsford. The Rev. Emil Hodnik officiated at the rite.
The sponsors were the baby's aunt and uncle, Mrs. Joseph Kraus Jr. of
Rozellville and S/Sgt. Roger Bartz of Hawaii. Mr. Kraus served as proxy for him.
To observe the occasion, as well as Father's Day, guests at dinner and supper at
the Deming home were Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Kraus Jr. and family, and Mr. and Mrs.
Joseph Kraus Sr., all of Rozellville.
