Lindner, Patricia Ann (8 AUG 1964)
Miss Patricia Ann Lindner, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Anton Lindner, was given in
marriage by her father Saturday morning, August 8, 1964, to Lyle Arthur
Christie, Eau Claire, son of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Christie, Greenwood (Clark Co.,
Wis.).
The Christie-Lindner wedding was held at a 10 o'clock Nuptial High Mass, at
which the Rev. Edward Hartung was the celebrant. Scene of the service was St.
Mary's Catholic Church, Greenwood, which had white and yellow gladioli for
church decorations. The young women's choir sang for the Mass.
The bride selected a floor length gown of pure silk linen designed with
sculptured neckline accenting the fitted bodice, to which was attached a sheath
skirt highlighted by bands of Venice lace at the hemline and detachable train.
Her linen pillbox had Venice lace and held her bouffant veil of Illusion. Her
bouquet contained orchids surrounded by stephanotis entwined with ivy.
Her aides – Miss Jane Lindner, Santa Monica, Calif., the maid of honor, and Miss
Mary Lindner and Miss Kay Christie, the bridesmaids – donned identical floor
length dresses of serrano in maize color. Their cascade arrangements contained
tangerine carnations.
In the groom's party were Charles Vesel, Milwaukee, the best man; Gary Tourville
of Eau Claire and Hugh Christie, Greenwood, the groomsmen; and William Lindner
and Kenneth Christie, the ushers.

of Nursing, Marshfield, has been employed at St. Joseph's Hospital as a
Registered Nurse.
