North Atlantic (FHTNC) – Ralph L. Kebl, aviation anti-submarine warfare
technician airman, USN, son of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Kebl of 109 South Main Street,
Greenwood (Clark Co.), Wisconsin, participated in a North Atlantic Treaty
Organization (NATO) naval training operation called "Exercise Team Work" in the
North Atlantic while serving with Air Anti-Submarine Helicopter Squadron 11.
His unit, along with other naval units from Belgium, Denmark, France, Norway,
the Netherlands and United Kingdom, is conducting training operations in strike,
anti-submarine and anti-air warfare.
NATO training operations are held periodically to test the coordination of NATO
countries and develop their combined combat readiness.
