Van Roy, Alyce A. (19 DEC 1964)
On December 19, 1964, Miss Alyce A. Van Roy, daughter ot Mr. and Mrs. Harry B.
Van Roy, Route 7, Green Bay, exchanged vows with Mr. Richard A. Grum of
Greenwood (Clark Co.), Wisconsin, in an 11:00 a.m. ceremony at the National
Shrine of St. Joseph in West De Pere, Wisconsin.
Upon completion of the ceremony, the wedding party consisting of Mr. and Mrs.
John Glieden, Fond du Lac, and Mr. and Mrs. L. Patrick Schneider, Green Bay,
immediate family and invited guests, retired to a festive wedding dinner at the
Downtowner in Green Bay.
The groom, a graduate of Northland College with a degree in Secondary Education,
presently holds a teaching position at River Valley High School, Spring Green,
Wisconsin.
The bride received her degree in Modern Languages from St. Norbert College, and
is presently directing the French Department at River Valley High School.
The newlyweds will be at home at 210 E. Jefferson, Spring Green, Wisconsin, and
plan to spend their honeymoon in Europe during the coming school recess, where
they will visit the groom's father, Tony Grum.
