Pvt. First Class James T. Mohan, son of Mr. and Mrs. Archie Mohan of Spencer,
was seriously wounded in South Vietnam December 18, 1968. He was operated on in
South Vietnam and became seriously ill. He was evacuated to the 106 General
Hospital in Yokohama, Japan, December 23, where another operation was performed.
He was sent to the state February 1, for seven months at U.S. General
Leonardwood Army Hospital, Fort Leonard Wood, Mo. He was also home to visit
friends and family before returning to the army hospital on March 6.
