Karen M. Langteau, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Langteau, Abbotsford, was
promoted to Women's Army Corp Specialist Five during ceremonies at Ft. Bragg,
N.C., February 19, 1969.
Presenting the insignia is Colonel Elizabeth P. Hoisington, director of the
Women's Army Corps.
An intelligence analyst in Headquarters, 13th Psychological Operations Battalion
at Ft. Bragg, Spec. Langteau entered the Women's Army Corps in July 1967, and
was last stationed at Ft. McClellan, Alabama.
She graduated from Abbotsford High School in 1967.
