Tesmer, Margaret (24 NOV 1911 - 20 MAR 1969)
Margaret Tesmer, 57, Colby, died at her home Thursday, March 20, 1969, at 10:30
a.m.
Funeral services were held Monday, March 24, at 2 p.m. at Zion Lutheran Church,
Colby, and burial was made in Colby Memorial Cemetery. The Rev. David Pankow
officiated.
Funeral arrangements were made by the Lulloff Funeral Home.
The former Margaret Lulloff was born in Colby November 24, 1911. She married
Woodrow Tesmer June 17, 1936, at Zion Lutheran Church in Colby. She received her
education in the Colby school, and also received a Bachelor of Music Degree from
Lawrence College. She also attended Stevens Point State College. She taught
school at Boyd and at Owen (Clark Co.), Wisconsin. She and her husband have been
associated with and operated the Lulloff Funeral Home and Furniture Sote in
Colby since their marriage in 1936.
Mrs. Tesmer was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Colby.
Survivors, besides her husband, include three children, Jeanne (Mrs. Donald
Dahlin), Vermillion, S.D.; John of Waukegan, Ill., and Joyce at home; one
grandchild, and her mother, Mrs. Bertha Lulloff of Colby.
