Munson, Myrtle Bell (13 SEP 1886 – 15 MAR 1969)
Funeral services for Mrs. Ed Munson, 82, who died March 15, 1969 at a nursing
home at Green Bay were held Wednesday, March 19 at Hoeper & Kraut Funeral Home
at Owen (Clark Co., Wis.). The Rev. Robert Goessling, pastor of the United
Church of Christ, officiated, and burial was made in Riverside Cemetery.
The former Myrtle Bell Parkhill was born September 13, 1886. Her marriage to Ed
Munson at Colby took place June 12, 1911. They lived at Withee for a time and
then at Menomonie.
After the death of her 15 years ago, she lived with her daughter, Mrs. C.O.
(Lorraine) Albert, at Owen. About five years ago she entered a nursing home at
Green Bay.
Besides her daughter, Mrs. Munson is survived by a son, Daniel, of Madison; five
grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and a brother, Robert Parkhill, Chicago.
