West Eaton (13 Mar 1919)

Ben Stanley returned last week from Minnesota and found his brothers as well as could be expected.

Mrs. A. Davey is on the sick list. They went to Neillsville Sunday to consult a doctor.

Mrs. A.L. Borgers was at Mrs. Emma Syth’s a few days last week helping to care for her during her sickness.

Genevieve Borgers is at Mrs. McConnell’s helping her with the housework.

Mrs. Podobnik and children visited with Mrs. Lakotick Sunday.

Ben Stanley and family visited at the Geo. Gemmeke home Sunday.

George Gemmeke purchased a horse from Earl Tompkins of Eaton Center Saturday.

Mrs. Oznich called on Mrs. Yartz Sunday.

Leo Palzer was seen in our vicinity Sunday.

Earl Tompkins of Eaton Center called at A. Thorson’s and H. Bostwick’s Friday.

Alvin Boe and Andrew Thorson were seen in our vicinity Sunday.

Arthur Meinholt is helping Mr. Buettner with his sawing.

Orville Dimler was a Willard caller Sunday.
