East Lynn (27 Mar 1919)
Henry Dietrich sold his 60-acre farm and personal property to Ed. Paulson for
$7,000.00. Mr. Paulson will take possession in a few days. Mr. Dietrich will
move his family and household goods to Watertown, his wife’s former home. It is
needless to state that their many friends and neighbors regret to see them go.
Miss Lillian Albrecht was taken to the Marshfield Hospital last Wednesday and
operated on for appendicitis. At present writing she is getting along nicely.
It is reported that Alfred Burdict and family will soon leave for Chipawanee
Falls, where he has rented a farm. May peace and prosperity go with him.
H.E. Wordell and wife, Miss Anita Schlinsog and Carl Zais took in the sights at
Marshfield last Saturday.
Fred Lichte is getting his Studebaker halter broke, and it will also stop at the
word whoa.
