Colby High School Badger Boys' State and Badger Girls' State representatives are Jim Dallman, Mark Zuber and Sharon Cook. Candidates are sent to Badger Boys State from the entire district with funds provided by the Legion Posts at Colby and Unity, and the Colby Community Chest. The Colby Legion Auxiliary also sends one girl.

Mark is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Zuber, route 2, Colby, and James is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Corwin Dallman, juniors at Colby High School.

As announced last week, Sharon Cook of Unity will represent Colby High School at Badger Girls' State at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Kris Feldbruegge of Dorchester is the alternate and will be going in the event that Sharon cannot attend.
