Debbie Bloom, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lester Bloom, Route 1, Loyal (Clark Co., Wis.), has been selected as the Badger Girl's State representative by the Loyal American Legion Auxiliary and the Loyal High School faculty. The choice was made on the basis of scholarship, leadership, school and community service. The alternate is Bonnie Wehrmann.
