Dick Needham began his duties as Chief of Police in Loyal (Clark Co., Wis.) over
the weekend following a meeting between Mr. Needham, the Police and Fire
Committee of the City Council, and Wayne Trimberger, City Attorney.
Mr. Needham had been employed as a Clark County Traffic Officer several years
ago and has been employed by Roth Manufacturing Corporation prior to his
appointment as Police Chief.
In one of his first duties as Chief of Police Mr. Needham has requested all dog
owners in the city to keep their dogs tied.
Chief Needham has also set special office hours at the police station for anyone
wanting information about driver's license or registration. These hours will be
from two to four every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon.
Chief Needham also wishes to remind anyone planning a vacation this summer to
contact him prior to leaving. The Loyal Police Department furnishes a "Vacation
Watch," and all that is required is that the Police Department be informed when
you plan to leave and how long you will be gone.
