Mr. and Mrs. Vernon A. Smith, Route 1, Greenwood (Clark Co., Wis.), wish to announce the engagement of their daughter, Sandra Louis, 216 N. Oxford Avenue, Eau Claire, to Mr. Bernard Maass, son of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Maass, Route 3, Greenwood.

Miss Smith and her fiancé are graduates of Greenwood High School, she in 1970 and he in 1966. She is studying accounting at District One Technical Institute. Mr. Maass has served with the U.S. Marine Corps. He is now employed by Smith's Feed Service and farms at Route 2, Greenwood.

A late summer wedding is being planned.
