Mr. and Mrs. Roger Metcalfe and Mr. and Mrs. Peter Zimmerman attended a funeral in Milwaukee. While gone, Darryl and Dawn stayed with their grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Metcalfe.

Our sympathy to Mrs. Albert Oelrich and Joe Hlavac and Mrs. Ottelia Hlavac in the death of Miss Catherine Hlavac, 59. They were her sister, brother, and mother.

Alvin Henninger, son of the late Fred Henninger, was married to Jo Hammond at Marshfield on May 29th, 1971. Our congratulations!

Dale Bender, son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Bender, now of Neillsville, formerly of the Sig Wichman farm, will marry Linda Moh of Granton on June 5th, 1971 at Granton. Congratulations kids!

Steve Lucht, son of Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Lucht, was a graduate of Loyal High School last week.

Thursday morning Mrs. Leroy Collinson returned from University Hospital in Madison, where she underwent more tests and x-rays.

Tuesday afternoon Mrs. Henry Kurz and Lorena visited Mrs. John Kurz and Mrs. John Olson in Marshfield, and Mrs. Albert Tews in the Convalescence home. We found everyone in good spirits.

Mr. and Mrs. Ray Metcalfe spent Sunday at the Roger Metcalfe home.

Mr. and Mrs. Joe Bymers and Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Oestreich of Loyal spent the Memorial weekend on a camping trip.

Mr. and Mrs. Ted Metcalfe spent the weekend at Rib Lake and stopped at the Ray Metcalfe home on Monday.

Mrs. Ted Mueller was injured in a car accident on Sunday night near her mother's home and was taken to Memorial Hospital, where she stayed overnight.

Mrs. Henry Kurz accompanied Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Smith of Mukwonago, Mrs. Norman Thompson and June of Rockford, and Mrs. Chester Turville of Neillsville, to Sheldon on Sunday morning.

Mr. and Mrs. Ray Metcalfe visited with Joe Burhow, Bessy Wright, Grace Hein, Mary Johnson and Eidth Kammerer at the Memorial Home one afternoon.

Mrs. Henry Kurz stopped at the Julius Ehlert home on Sunday afternoon. Visitors there were Mr. and Mrs. Harry Anderson and Sandy of Chelsea. They also visited at the Phillip Kurz and Duane Pachal homes in the evening.

Mr. and Mrs. Richard Grieser and Jimmy and Sandy went on a picnic to Hatfield on Sunday afternoon.
