Mr. and Mrs. William C. Hynds, 4 Ollis Close, Corby Northants, England, have announced the engagement of their daughter, Mima, to Sgt. Louis J. Gadke Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Louis J. Gadke Sr. of route 1, Unity.

Her fiancé is a graduate of Loyal High School with the class of 1968. He was employed by Spencer Sports Products Spencer, prior to enlisting in the U.S.A.F. He received his basic training at Lackland AFB, San Antonio, Texas, and was trained as a metals processing specialist at Chanute Field, Rantoul, Illinois, before leaving for overseas in August 1969. He is attached to a Field Maintenance Squadron with the 10th Tactical Reconnaissance Wing stationed at Alconbury, F.A.F., Huntingdon, England. Wedding plans are indefinite.
