In this world every once in a while something happens that makes you realized we
still have many good people in our world.
Such was the case last week when neighbors of Francis Alverson of Willard (Clark
Co., Wis.) turned out to put up his hay, which amounted to about 2,600 bales.
A rew weeks ago Mr. Alverson was seriously injured in a tractor accident and is
now a patient at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield.
The good people of Willard once again showed their concern for a neighbor and
friend, and came to his assistance. Forty-five showed up with 10 tractors and
five balers to do the work, and as you watched these men doing the work, you
coule not help but feel they all felt much better doing this act of kindness.
They indeed are goo neighbors to have.
