During nuptial services held on Saturday, July 24, 1971, at 12:30 o'clock in St.
Anthony's Catholic Church, Loyal, Miss Patricia Jo Rueth was united in marriage
to Donald C. Bangart, route 1, Auburndale.
The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Eddie Rueth, route 1, Loyal (Clark Co., Wis.), was
given in marriage by her ather to the son of Mr. and Mrs. Anton Bangart, route
3, Stratford.
The Rev. Norbert E. King officiated and the adult choir of the church sang, with
Kathy McNeely at the organ, accompanied by Jeff Denk. Sharon Schoonover was
soloist.
The bride's gown consisted of nylon tricot, taffeta and Alencon lace,w ith a
fingertip veil held in place by a Camelot headpiece. Her bouquet was an
arrangement of a white orchid, yellow and lavender rose buds and carnations with
white gardenias and lily of the valley with a rosary attached.
Miss Jane Bangart, route 3, Stratford, acted as miad of honor, with Miss Darlene
Bangart, Manitou Springs, Colorado and Miss Susan Rueth, route 1, Loyal, as
bridesmaids.
The bridal aids were seen in rainbow colored gowns of blue, yellow and pink
lace, and taffeta with matching headpieces. Each carried a bouquet of rose buds
and carnations.
Serving as best man was Thomas Rueth, route 1, Loyal, and Spec. 4 Robert Rueth
and Terry Bangar of Stratford as the groomsmen.
Ralph and Roger Rueth and Thomas Bangart did the ushering duties.
Kay Marie Rueth served as flower girl and John Bangart as ring bearer.
A reception and buffet luncheon were served at the Spencer Municipal Hall in
Spencer. Their wedding dancw as held at Fahey's Ballroom in Rozellville.
Mrs. Bangart graduated in 1967 from Loyal High School and will be student
teaching this fall in Marshfield schools, and will graduate December 22 from
Wisconsin State University, Stevens Point with a bachelor of science degree in
kindergarten and primary education. Her husband graduated from Marshfield Senior
High School in 1965.
After a honeymoon, they will reside at route 1, Auburndale, where he is engaged
in farming.
