Ft. Campbell, Kentucky (AHTNC) – August 17, 1971 -- Army Private Michael S.
Kissling, 20, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest D. Kissling, route 2, Granton (Clark
Co.), Wisconsin, recently completed eight weeks of basic training at the U.S.
Army Training Center, Ft. Campbell, Kentucky.
He received instruction in drill and ceremonies, weapons, map reading, combat
tactics, military courtesy, Military justice, first aid, and army history and
traditions.
