Storm porches have been built on the Geo. Smith residence and the M. E.
parsonage, C. D. Carlton doing the work.
C. L. Alverson has rented rooms in his former residence and he and daughter Miss
Belle are taking meals at the Inn.
The M. W. of A. got out posters of a war nature which caused all to stop and
take notice in advertising their Thanksgiving ball.
